These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PlugOp Technologies’ mobile application or web application ("the App") and the services provided through it. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms.

1.2. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PlugOp Technologies. Please read them carefully before using the App.

2. Description of Services

2.1. The App provides a platform for businesses to conduct transactions with end users or consumers ("End Users") for products or services offered by the businesses.

2.2. PlugOp Technologies hosts payment transactions for these businesses and facilitates communication between businesses and End Users.

3. User Accounts

3.1. To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

3.3. You agree to notify PlugOp Technologies immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Use of the App

4.1. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2. You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the servers or networks connected to the App or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the App.

4.3. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the App through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

5. Payment Transactions

5.1. PlugOp Technologies hosts payment transactions between businesses and End Users. Any transactions conducted through the App are subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon between the business and the End User.

5.2. PlugOp Technologies is not a party to any transaction between businesses and End Users and assumes no responsibility or liability for any disputes arising from such transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by PlugOp Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlugOp Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Indemnification

8.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlugOp Technologies and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
